Basic design and color scheme idea for one as a prop. The crystal and gem would be cast from clear resin. The crystal would have an embedded led light and would be able to 'flicker' when on. Battery and switch would be in the pistol base. The pistol base which I based on the Destiny exotic pistol Thorn would probably either 3d printed or hand molded clay. It would have a more bony texture with various pockmarks to give it an organic feel with simple leather wrapping strips. Not sure whether I'd like the grip portion be a completely different color as pictured. Would perhaps see it appear more weathered since it's the part that would be handled the most.
